if your gonna talk about sports then atleast say football about america....them high school cats are fucking intense as shit, my school's senior team was like uncontested for like 4 seasons, then we travelled to cinncinnati for a tournament and lost like 60-3 and 55-7 or something..... they are biiiiig ass mother fuckers
but for us, with respect to our population we produce alot of good athletes and shit, but having just 33% (give or take) more of a population than new york it self, you cant expect us to pump out Michael Jordans and Lebrons and so on.. but we make our mark just like any other smaller country one

america might have all the best players in basketball but lately the american team has been shit compared to teams like argentina, lituania and serbia&montenegro. the eastern european teams will all give america a run for there money any day. i wouldnt rate the USA as i did before everyone forgets its a team game and the overpayed players with their big ego's from the NBA get wipped when they play against a real TEAM we saw in the olympics last year.

look at the 92 olympics... jordan.. bird.. magic.. isiah.. d robinson... clyde the glide... barkley... malone... stockton...
04 olympics... iverson... duncan... lebron... d wade.. stoudamire.. carmelo... these guys are studs atletically, but other than ivey or t duncan, who else has done much?? you arent gonna win with a team that averaged like 23 yrs old or sumthin.. you put shaq, garnett, kidd, v.c., ray allen, mike redd hell even ron artest, then see what happens |
