I'm rather selective with what I give the "classic" label, so I selected "no". All Eyes On Me would have been the closest he came, imo. Strictly For My Niggas is my fave Pac album, but it's not a classic. Makaveli doesn't even come close, in reference to the thread starter. I wouldn't even say it's a particularly good album.

just because something is played out doesn't degrade its classic status...

36 chambers is played out, I rarely listen to it anymore. But I still love it to death and I will always recognize it as one of the best

who gives a fuck where you come from. every person has their own opinion. if someone thinks pac has dropped numerous classics and another person thinks he hasn't, neither is right or wrong, it's personal preference. for me i don't think he has and i don't think he's in my top 20 mc's but i still think he's a great lyricist.
