I think U is definetely one of the best MC's of the clan I would put him above Raekwon, RZA, GZA, Masta Killa and even the present day Method man.

The problem is that he put out a very, very underachieved solo album and a terrible side project album that was the Hillside Scramblers.

His flow also stepped down a notch on those albums.

Since those two album are considere by some to be 2 of the worst wu-related album ever, I guess that could be a reason why he catches so much heat.

Well in a technical sense he is a celeb, especially to all of us here. Now lyrically I think he's great. Ain't got no problems with U. Redemption is one of my fav Wu albums no matter how much anyone says it sucked. But personally I think he WAY too into himself. He's said that other's have kept him down (mainly RZA) and that's the reason he ain't up there with Ghost and Meth. But all things come in due time. If you ask me, if anyone should've been complaining it should've beem MK seeing as how he didn't blow till 11 years after the Wu hit the scene. But he was paitent and becuase he was his album is a classic. Unlike that garbage ass U-Godzilla shit. I couldn't even get into that shit.

But yeah, he's just feeling himself way too much in my opinion and I think if he calmed down he'd be better off. But otuside of that, it's all love.

Intorduce leatherface - now that some quality MC
