Cosign. Enta Da Stage the album by Black Moon has ridiculous bass. Dunno if Tical is the most bass heavy album though, but then again I'm hard pressed to find any other album with such bass. Actually, Return To The 36 Chambers has some sick bass on it, just check out tracks like Snakes and Hippa To Da Hoppa.
