Bama has a good defensive line and they got that McClain dude at Lineback who is a beast.

I agree that Suh is probably the Heisman winner and i hope the Browns draft him, BUT the Texas running game is suspect

True, but their passing game isn't, and Bama's passing D is. Ranked something like 84th I think. I think Florida played more into Bama's strengths.

they definitely did.

It will be interesting.

But Texas does exactly run a vertical passing attack....its a spread with alot of short passes.

So i think this plays to Bama's advantage.

great run D doesn't do much good against a team that doesn't even really try to run. There's a lot of short routes in our passing attack but we've got WRs who got the speed to get deep and Colt can get it to 'em. We even managed to break one in the nebraska game that wouldve went for a td if it wasn't dropped.

I didn't realize alabama pass D was ranked so low. Its not a good look for em.

yea but teh Big 12 isn't used to all that SEC speed, and it will be like the Bama players are playing against guys a step slower so that should compensate.

I mean when your fastest reciever is a white guy that doesnt bode well.

"sec speed" shit is a myth perpetuated with hype. Adrian Peterson was a Big 12 running back, he makes pro LBs look slow.

Our fastest WR is a state champion in the 100 meters (last name is not Shipley) aka Malcolm Williams

to say they're all speed demons playing against Big 12 turtles is hype. The state of texas sends players all over the map in college football, many of the state's best players come to UT. We have no shortage on speed, offense or defense.

Yeah, I was kind of surprised they were ranked that low when I was looking up the stats before the Florida-Bama game. I'm going with UT on this one as I've actually been to Austin. =P

Hey Visions our NFL teams are playing too...I wish I had more optimism about my team though.

Id like to congratulate Mark Ingram on winning the Heisman Trophy.

I went to high school with him, and he was a real cool dude.

Total class act, and was always focused on football and staying in shape, opposed to goin out and getting drunk, doin drugs, etc.
