that will allow me to rotate pictures to a specific degree and save the file. I've got a new computer with Windows 7 and none of the shit on it will let me do it, except for the Microsoft Office picture thing, but I've only got a trial version of that. I've got Irfanview, which is supposed to do it, but every time I enter a certain amount of degrees to rotate the picture, it just rotates it 45 degrees and won't do anything in between. Everything else is just 90 degrees or nothing. I had Photoshop cs4 on my old computer and still have the install file, but I can't install it on my new computer for whatever reason. Maybe it's not compatible with Windows 7?
Anyway, all I wanna do is rotate pictures to a specific degree. Does anybody know of any free programs I can dl which will allow me to do this?
