'Once Were Warriors'
Anyone seen this movie? Its 11 years old now, directed by Lee Tamahori whos also done a lot of action scenes in Hollywood.
Based around the life of the a poverty stricken Maori family in South Auckland, Aotearoa (NZ) where I'm from. It did really well at film festivals overseas, I'm just interested to know if anyone here watched it, and what you thought about it.... PEACE |
