i tried to do it myself but the quickmask doesn't work on CS3 for some reason. it worked before so i don't know why it doesn't work now.
i'd be grateful if someone could do it for me.

i wanted the white bits of the lips and teeth still there. would you mind doing it again but keeping the white bits of the lips and teeth? i just wanted the background gone.
