I think people on this site just have a hard time giving props to rappers that have come up in the past few years.

Dude makes killer songs, on par with some of the best from the south.

people are putting way too much emphasis on this shit. I heard some morons say it's the first time they'd heard "real hip-hop" in years. yeah, if you spent the past few years listening to fm radio and watching mtv!

today's generation is too easy to impress. "wow did you hear that eastern beat in the background?! and they weren't talking about hos and money. this MUST be real hip-hop"
