So I'm looking for the absolute cheapest, useable netbook computer I can find. All I want it for is to bring it to work and browse the internet and write text documents on. I don't wanna stream videos on it but I do need to be able to view pictures properly. I have a mobile broadband internet contract with a usb modem and I want to be able to use that on it.

So I just had a look on ebay and found that there's auctions starting as low as $0.10, like this one...

I also noticed that it only has a 4gb hard drive, which sounds pretty well useless. Basically I don't know shit about computers and I was hoping somebody could tell me exactly what I'll need to do the things I wanna do wit it.
