Yes indeed I have had the privilege to hear 90% (I think) of the album if not all, just one of those good days i caught Ringz in the right time and that day to date has to be one of my best highlights musically speaking as far as Wu-tang goes, apart from meeting RZA in person of course, but this experience has me buzzing to date, like a kid getting locked in a candy shop.

So this is more or less like a review as I am having to reply to what Ringz has already set off, he made me promise not to share the details of the listening experience, due to many reasons, I have told him it was hard for me to do but ona professional level I would keep my words and keep it to myself, and told him I will still share to those who care to listen without giving out specific details, its been like a burden as I have been dying to get this out.

What can i say? Few that know me well (like Wu-Int assistant admin Reccollectah) will tell you I am a hard one to please with reviews as he writes the reviews, honestly speaking, we all have to admit, music has changed, don’t know if it is for the best or not but personally speaking I think we have had to endure so much with albums that are soso that we have had to drop our quality and expectations of what a good album should sound like, and I am also refering to what has been coming out from the Wu camp also, not just hip-hop. So yes they have been some good albums but we all know its not as good as they used to be and no I am not stuck in the 90’s or golden era.

Without focusing much on that, I wil just dive right in with what I heard from Ringz, quickly I will say it is evident Ringz reads every comment about him on this forum, I think the people shitting on him and his music have been his inspiration on this project as he is literally smacking them silly with what he has been working on for 5 years and even the fans as well who love his music will also be gobsmacked. Hate to use the word hater, but this album seems to be a dedication to Ringz haters first then his fans, artists, Wu-Tang, hip-hop and music. Yes I have been a fan of his music, not a big one, I loved what Moongod did with the 10 tigers, and definitely enjoyed his I album, but after hearing the songs I heard, I am willing to bet $500 right now, that there will be no one, not even our great critic Angry, that will complain about this album especially if they are honest, while I might be criticised for this myself, I will be bold enough to compare this album as entering the 36 chambers of wu-tang through the pillage while swinging liquid swords over heavy mental and supreme clientele as Wu-tang is forever. I could easily see that’s what Ringz set out to achieve, and he done it with grace, while it was good he listened to the critics, I think he also should have only listened to just certain aspects as he strayed away from the mic on this, I did not hear him on any verse, I advised him that day that the fans would be keen to hear some Bronze and Ringz collabo again, or perhaps Lin Brotherz of some sort, he said he will think about it.

So back to the album, saw him twitting he had Raekwon and a couple of others on this project, that’s not really true at all, he lied to us, I did not hear Reakwon at all, the person I heard on about 3-4 songs was Shallah Raekwon, and who said anything about Cappadonna? I heard Cappuchino, no RZA on this at all, Bobby digital was no where to be found as I heard an energised Rzarecta from the Gravediggaz truly ressurected on one of the sickest conceptual songs I have ever heard, Fans who think Inspectah Deck’s voice changed or he fell off should be ready to eat their words, after hearing Deck over Ringz beats, I realised what has really failed Deck on some of his projects have been the beat and maybe directions, Every artist brought their A-games, here is a tip for everyone, Ringz also have an Ol’ Dirty Bastard feature, yes ODB is on this project, who said anything about GZA having a lazy flow? GZA was on his liquid sword vibe, While I heard all the generals on an array of songs numerous times, everyone was on their A game.

People underestimated Sin when they said he was a beast, perhaps they should keep him locked up (in a good way) as I have never heard Sin spit his heart out, as expected he was out to destroy anything on his way, and pretty much snatched every song he was on, and I am talking 5 if my counting is not wrong, Shabazz the disciple never disappoints either, but my god, Shabazz was on some next level on here, I always thought he was dope but he was overdosed on this project, apparently Ringz made the generals, and some of the killa beez redo their verses and they were mad at him but redid it anyway, in brief, this album is like the general albums meets the swarm, Ringz made me promise not to share certain info so i am beating around the bush to give you all what i can without being specific, use your imaginations, he didn’t even tell me the titles except for one, one thing i will boldly say again is every song is packed with surprises, Ringz brought back 98, again, with all due respect, this project will outdo anything the Wu collectively or as solo will do in coming years unless they take clue from this project or Ringz, and that includes the genius master mind; the RZA. Basically everything the fans have been asking for, or wanted, the features are any fans first nut, a virgins first cum, trust me on this, the concept, ideas were beyond insane, think of your greatest wishes of what and who you want to see together as in generals and elite killa beez, yes i said elite (killah priest, killa sin, la the darkman, Shyheim, Popa Wu, Shabazz, Prodigal Sunn, Bk zu, etc) the ones you heard on the swarm were all there plus more, how about the production? i wish i can share even one title i got from Ringz, the concept is so sick that i know some one will definitely bite this if i let this out the bag. so Ringz, that secret is safe for now.

I applaud you Ringz for this projet, and some might say i am kissing your ass as you let me hear it, or exaggeration, I am not easily hyped over much, unless Wu but if what i heard is what is coming out, then 5 years in the making will not just shape Wu-tang but this album will be a hip-hop history, it is obvious Ringz is a fan of the music and the culture and as a student of RZA he has graduated with distinctions with this album, please dont take my words but feel free to quote me on this when it drops and I will never ever do a review again if 90% do not agree with me, I am ready to take bets too for those who like to gamble.

What about the production? like i said the student has become a the master, i mean, the first song blew me away, and just when i thought i have heard the best song ever, i hear something else, and i can easily swear it was a left out song from wu-tang forever, or that period, Ringz switched up his production too, i think 1 or 2 beats were soso or could have been better, done differently but this was made up by the features on these 2 songs, something you have never heard before, or rather done the way you have not heard it before. Inspired defintely by the likes of True master, Rza, and 4th disciple, well i am not taking anything from Ringz, but while these are mostly his production, you will hear that Wu element trademark on it, remember back in the days how it used to be? When i started listening to wu, there were so many of them already and while i was still learning their names, there was something about wu, you can hear a song on radio, and based on the production, or slangs, or what they said, or way they said it, i would be like, they sound like Wu, or someone from the wu, and 8 out 10, it was someone from the wu? well thats what I mean by Wu element feel withou taking anything from Ringz production.
So what makes a classic or solid album? Like I keep telling Rec who writes most of the reviews on the site, and goes first for beat, the production is a key thing but what makes an album solid goes further than that, its not just the beats, but its also the lyrics, the concepts, ideas, substance, creativity, theme, and the overall feel, everythng is key to making an album an enjoyable ride and Cilvaringz is the driver behind this memorable journey. Everything Wu to the core, well except for the female singer from Sweden who Ringz used, and yes not Blue or Tekitha (who by the way also make a feature) but she delivers nicely.

So this review is getting longer than planned, I can go on without stopping, i was not just fortunate to hear the album but also he played me those unreleased albums from lin brotherz, his solo joint, Iron Empire, and more, Ringz hated them all to my surprise, but then again Ringz also told me he hated his last album I, now while it might not be a classic i think it had a number of great songs, so told him for the sake of everyone to release it still, i really doubt he will but i can see why he doesnt want to put them out, guess he felt it was less him and more of him sounding like people he admired but i heard a couple of enjoyable songs on there from the 10 tigers era, lin brotherz type vibe, as a fan i will promise you guys this, if i ever get a chance to hear those again i will find a way to get it and leak it, sorry Ringz, you are making me resolt to this, i now wish i was recording our convo and even got the songs you played me.

Apart from his own songs, he also played me a lot of unreleased gems, increadible unreleased songs, I am talking orphange 4th disciple unreleased songs, the disciples, as in pre sunz of man shabazz and Priest songs, heard a number of unreleased warcloud, black knights on their east coast album that RZA refuses to release, I heard a number of unreleased Rza joints, songs that were taken out from the Sting compilation, do I need to go on? Basically you can see why this day was crazy for me, I was chatting with Ringz going through songs for about 3-4 hours, I was not able to sleep a couple of days after that, as I was filled with anticiapation, dying to chat about this, and the joys of getting to hear these and not own it was also a painful one, I can not wait to for Ringz album to drop, I salute you Ringz, I will say well done right now and congrats as I do not predict a classic, I assure a classic from what I have heard, now do us all a favour and release those hidden albums as well as leak a snippet of this project. please do not make this album another wu album that never comes out, its timeless and priceless, and wish you the best with the mixing and mastering, and i can guess already being its based in London that probably Choco will be mix it knowing how you keep everything Wu?

well i didnt read all of that Dark7 post there was a lot of interesting stuff i did pick out

i want to hear those unreleased tracks and have a feeling they will be put on a bonus disc like Ringz had made a thread about last year, and combined with what i read about this new one, that would be an ill double disc set
