thoughts? my first thought is this rules out an outkast album for sure this year  lameaside from that, i'll watch it in spite of the fact the director is responsible for producing shitfests like undercover brother and barbershop. hopefully it doesn't totally suck.

Aquemini is probably their best album, but not by much. all are epic, and they managed to keep a thread between their albums and still make shit that sounded completely different each time.
Big Boi album was dope too, its crazy how they're rooted in that earthy southern soul but on top of that can go anywhere.

Unfortunately this movie is going to be a big fail despite the good casting. Jimi's estate have refused the film makers the right to use Jimi's music in the movie. No Jimi music rights, no Andre 3000 rocking out on stage in full Jimi mode.
