Can't argue with legends who built the sport
Quote:
Though I think he still has talent, I hate how he almost gets a title shot after every fight he has that DOESN'T involve a title. He lsoes the title to Mike Brown, he beats Jens Pulver = title shot He gets a rematch with Mike Brown, for the title, loses. He fights Raphael Assuncao, wins gets a title shot against Jose Aldo, he loses.... He fights Eddie Wineland, he gets a title shot against Dominic Cruz, he loses.... He then fights Brian Bowels, and then gets a title shot rematchw ith Cruz who ends up gettign injured, and now has an interm title fight with Renan Barao..... It's like the UFC feels no one else is incapable of getting a title shot in these divisions except Faber after every 2nd fight..... Plus his chin is annoying.... XD

I think Faber has some talent, but I'm not a fan of the guy at all. I'm don't really support anyone on Team Alpha Male for that matter. Zuffa definitely seems like they want him to have the strap though.
I was disappointed that Cruz got injured because I wanted to see him beat Urijah again, but Barao is a very good replacement. That guy is on a hell of a winning streak and I expect him take Urijah out.

Josh Koscheck
Diego Sanchez Junior Dos Santos Lyoto Machida Shogun (since Pride) Ricardo Arona (since Pride) Allistar Overeem (since pride) Im suprised nobody mentioned Fedor, i was never really I fan, I would always bet against him & lose. Then when I started betting on him, he would lose (Werdum, Bigfoot etc), He was a dominate force, I think he wouldve done better in UFC imo.

Arona was that dude. I didn't think Josh Koscheck had any fans.

yea I hate "eye-poke" Koschek, but apparently he's cool with his fans, so I guess he has that for him.
Arona is a guy that fell off the face of this planet; I really thought when PRIDE was bought out, he'd sign to the UFC, but no-one picked him up. Not Bellator, not STRIKEFORCE, SHARK FIGHTS, DREAM, etc And I really used to like Arona too.......where in the world is Ricardo Arona?

^ yeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaahhhhhh
I'm so stoked he's on a lil "over-the-top" streak going on right now, with some highlight KO's to go along with it. Don't give a fuck if he's not much of an interviewee per-say, he speaks with his fists. Plus he's a New Zealander with a bad ass look and accent

Donald "Cowboy" Cerrone
This guys kicks are fierce. I like how he stays true to his game/strength (except in his last defeat), unlike Chuck Liddell that lost his ability to throw a kick. Such a brutal and relentless fighter from a distance. Carlos Condit Something about his fights that I dig. Good stand-up and submission skills. Vitor Belfort Was hoping he would have beat Jone Jones. Robbie Lawler One dimension, but always loved his Mike Tyson style. Lightning Lee Murray ![]() Tito Ortiz Always enjoyed watching him when he held the title. They don't make it easy for you to build yourself up once you fall off in the UFC. |
