i read something similar on teh bbc website about 3 hours ago.
Acta: Controversial anti-piracy agreement rejected by EU http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/technology-18704192 its just being deferred. they will re word it all again, coming back stronger with the isp's doing teh policing.. its inevitable if things continue as they are
