I'm gonna be a part of the minority probably but I was disapointed.
The story just didn't do it for me. For me, the movie was going at too slow a pace.
Don't get me wrong, I have no problems with those kind of movies, but this one seemed to drag in a lot of places. The ending tho', somewhat made up for that.
The acting was solid, by everybody. Bane's voice was menacing, but I could do without the theatrical delivery of some of his lines.
For me the big issue was the length. I felt it didn't have to be 2 hours and 45 minutes.

Ofcourse, I saw TDK and it's hard to follow up a movie like that, but still, it could have been better IMO.

I totally agree with this, i actually thought Selina Kyle was the best in this movie.

Just watched it finally today.

Overall, I certainly prefer the "Dark Knight" as the majority would concur, but I was entertained and pleased with how it ended.

The action was solid, Anne Hathaway surprised me with her performance; I agree I think she was my fav, but Joseph Gordon Levitt was cool too.....a minor role, but he stood out, and the potential of him becoming Robin or Nightwing was sick.

Bane's voice was cool, but I agree with someone who said he had his "theatrics" enhanced in his dialog which I didn't care for too much, and the voice enhancing was a nice touch but I gotta admit, it has hard to interpret some of the things he was saying.

Overall I thought it was decent, I'd give it a 4/5 stars

gonna attempt to watch again tomorrow morning, i fell asleep at the midnight release, they shut off the AC in the theatre i was dying of heat, i fell asleep haha

The movie was ok but lots of logical flaws. The scene with the police approaching Bain's militia in a vertical column with few casaulties is silly. If I was a police man locked into a sewer for almost 6 months, I would probably have a beard and canker sores. I guess they were licking each other to keep themselves clean (remarkable since they kept their presumably uncomfortable starched uniforms on).

Finally, where were the female cops? I would never join a police force with no female cops.

The worst was when there was about 2min left before the bomb detonates, and Batman is conversing with his wanker friends about all sorts of irrelevant shit.

i thought the second film was horribly overrated on account of a pretentious tone and ledgers performance.

this one plays like an extended version of a childrens batman cartoon show, but a bit classier. basically for my taste i thought it was a lot more enjoyable.

there are a lot of plot holes, but fuck it. shit is more fun than most movies in cinema today
