Not that linking up with newer artists is a bad move, but they have to be specific to your brand. Rza does 'mainstream' shit but it's appropriate to RZA. He doesn't have to do songs because hip hop has nothing to do with his brand anymore, but he knows that if he brings wu's brand into nerdy movies, which his fans love and people similar to his fans love even more, he's going to bank ass and that's what he's doing.

As a rapper raekwon can link of with anyone if he puts it into the appropriate context as far as himself and a brand. Though his fan base is small, the list of people similar to his fan base is huge and more profitable than rap if you're able to navigate smartly.

featuring with another rapper isn't going to make your career blow. Just keep dropping hot music, which rae doesn't do. (quit lying to yourself he doesnt)

Rae has never been a favorite of mine within the clan but he is probly the only one that still retains the ability to write like he did in the 90's his flow is weaker but not wack. Rae needs some dope contemporary beats like Asap Mob or TDE cats rhyme over.

As someone above said wacka is a relevant artist and so was bieber whether you like it or not, and as long it is rae i hear on the track it is all good no matter with who he is working.
