I just copped some Sennheiser HD 205's which seem to be good all round headphones and look that part but are also reasonably priced, only downside I can find is they are a bit on the snug side.

AKG k701 are my favourite headphones right now.

Kind of depends on what you're gonna hook them up to though. If you're using them on your phone or mp3 player or other weak sources, make sure the impedance (ohm) is below 75 otherwise they'll need to be amped. You might want to go with AKG k271's for ipod etc. Google the reviews.
