lil lab setup

ye im wonder what specific gear i need to get this thang goin...voice recording,beat making,sampleing,a turntable type thing? i wanna do the whole thing myself make my own beat and rap over it but i dont want my shit sound all crudy...i basicly need to know what is the best prices/best gear also i have limited knowledge on producing but i got MAD ideals for tracks and such i know i need this stuff
