diet plan..................if you wanna loos wait watch the cals........
brekfest .300-400 cals lunch .400-500 cals dinner .500-600 cals 1200-1500 cals then u need to be active for the day do atleast 15 to 30 mins of cardio......it should burn around 300-800 cals so if eat 1200 cals a day and u burn 800 .............u only had 400 cals.....and u burn most of that just walking sweating working.........if u wanna loose it faster .... u need to add around 15 to 20 more mins to ur cardio... and u will see results fast.... ur looking at 5 to 10 lbs lose a week |
