I know there's tons of different songs that come to mind, but I have to say "The Whole World" by Outkast feat. Killer Mike. I seriously can not listen to it without singing the hook, and the beat is so addictive as well.

the most cachiest rap songs for me are alot of horrible rap songs that I can't seem to get out of my head. for instance:
d4l - laffy taffy (WHY GOD WHY!!!!)
BEP - my humps (OK GOD HATES ME!!!)

but for a good rap song that's catchy I'd guess I'd go for
trife da god - hustle hard (ok it's catchy because of that 50 cent sample but who cares)
cage - unlike tower 1
