I usually have 2 bowls every mornin (4 bits) coz they are a quality source of complex carbs and fibre which release energy slowly throughout the day. I canny eat them soggy though, as soon as I pour the milk on I need to wolf them. Attck them wi mad amounts of sugar tae. Weetabix is the business.
