Atmosphere: A 10 Letter word
Slug, the voice behind atmosphere. one of the most consistent emcees today with mad talent. part of the orphanage. anyone heard his headshot albums that were sold at concerts? out of ten i give slug+ant a 10 for creativity, a 10 for conceptualisation & 10 for each on lyrics & beats respectively. What you headz think?

I have all the above, man you're missing homework vol.1, that album is slug's shit w/ other's like EL-P, rubberroom, classice album, yeah I've liked his shit for year's how.

I'm a huge fan of Atmosphere. Slug is an amazing emcee that steps away from other styles. I can understand why many people could be turned off, I just always find it funny that people will hate on a group/person b/c of some of the fans. I guess its the same people who worry about what people will think of them b/c of what they listen to.

i bumpd into this punk of a salesman like three months ago ordering the sevens Headshots album the day i heard bout it. looking back that puck-bitch did jack to hook me up- he had mad attitude problems. if aanyone would be so so kind to send me the album thru yousendit to my hotmail- i will be in there debt til sadaam hits- i cant find that album anywhere-peace .ps. til sadaam troops!!

wow that is overrating slug like a motherfucker, 10 out of 10 out of 10?
his lyrical content is really boring to me and the delivery, i hate it so much, typical emo-rapper (i hate to use that word but it's accurate in this case) style of too many words and very little variety in tone of delivery, like he is trying to tell a story or is reading poetry more than making music trying to find a balance is a banger for sure but i don't like anything else he's done and i've listened to a ton of it i find that a lot of rock fans dig his music more than people who are more used to straightforward hip hop, so props for the crossover appeal but i just ain't feeling it |
