There aren't many, and the ones that are available are mediocre at best. But you do have some options. Your best two bets if you want that old school RPG style would be Popolocrois or The Legend of Heroes with Popolocrois being the better of the two from the reviews I've read.

There's a port of Breath of Fire III out, that's about the only decent RPG I know of on the PSP as yet. I'd reccomend getting it though, it's a class game
