Windows Theme

u dont need a program to set it up, just double click on the royal theme file in there, its a Windows XP Theme file so it runs on Windows XP itself, and it comes in black, midnight blue all sorts of other colors then the one im usuing, and i added the Bliss_Cut wallpapper in there too

oh and the reason why i asked you if your using a modded Win XP, cause i am and i need a lil program called TuneUP Winstyler to apply it cause the 'Theme' service in my version is taking out, im using Windows XP Pro Corp SP2 Lite...its a lite version that has a bunch of useless stuff takin out....so thats why
