ant the funny thing is 2L8Lit is right.
hip hop is not poetry. hip hop is mcing, breaking, dj/beatmaking, graf art, and i will includ2 fashion as the 5th element. now metaphorically you could say those things are poetic in expression but only mcing has the possibility of being poetry and nowadays only a few can claim that. "crank that soldier boy-super man that hooooo!!!" is not poetry |
