Diversity is good, the genre and culture has contributors from all races, and hip hop gurus including your favourite rappers have always emphasised hip hop as a global culture, the voice and platform for people regardless of race, skin colour or religion.

get the fuck outta here with your self-hating bullshit. struggle ain't got no color, that shit is universal. there's black peeps that were born with a silver spoon up their ass and there's white people dying from hunger. of course hip-hop was built from black people in the streets and it's a beautiful thing that so many people managed to get wealthy and healthy from it. hip-hop is a culture, not only a form of music as you know - it's the voice of the people with no voice. yes - it's an afro-american artform and culture from jump but you can live hip-hop wheter you're white, black, asian or whatever. there's been white people involved in hip-hop for a loooong ass time. what you didn't like LL Cool J's "Radio" album or Public Enemy's "Yo!
