Are you assuming that the beings who have passed away in those calamities were innocent? - that their way of life was righteous and that they were peacefully living in harmony with the environment, people, and animal life?

If you have no problem with their way of life, you should have no problem with the way our society is now with every type of immorality one could imagine going on.

Killing women and children...? Well, that's if you believe that a scripture written in Aramaic, translated into Greek, then translated into many other languages did not lose word meanings and was untampered with by people for political reasons. If you wanna believe that, the choice is yours.

The universe and all that is within it is ruled by the law of justice/balance. When things are unjust or unbalanced, it must return to justness and balance.

Do you think the bad should be allowed the disrupt the balance of things? Is that just?
