Could anybody help me with some American Politics.
Doing a Paper on how Prisoners Dilemma could explain certain political situations and still need a few examples of it. The Example I figured some of you yanks could help me with is an example of this happening on a national level since the competition between the democrats & republicans seems to be so fierce they wouldn't mind stopping the solution to a big problem from being passed for the chance to fuck the other party's shit up. I'm sure there are plenty of examples I could endlessly rant about for a good grade. For those not familiar with the term it basically means: Putting short term personal gain ahead of long term collective gain.

sorry it wont work the only way to prevent the prisoners Dilemma is through comunication
which is what all are politicians do is talk with little to no action if there is one thing they do good its civil discourse but i can kind of see your point with both parties acting on the own to get what they want it seams like both are losing 10 dollars however were pretty good at compromising for corporate benefits so its really a win win for them
