zip files not saving

for some strange reason whenever i download something that is a zip file....it'll download then erased currently i have 8 files that were zip missing


whats the problem?

if your trying to extract it but an empty folder turns up, it may be that it's corrupt or the filename is too long.

If your zips r just str8 disappearing .. then that could be ur antivirus deading them as soon as their done dling it ( they have virus ) or your browser is doing some funny shit

give us more info, like what your downloading, from where, browser ... Etc

downloading server: megaupload, depositfiles

i would check which folder the browser is saving your files because it doesn't make sense that they are disappearing like that. also make sure that you have set hidden folders to on.

And sometimes your system has hiccups, so even though you save it, it may not show up right away. This has happened to me when deleting folders containing files I no longer need and an error occurs. When it occurs, the folder doesn't disappear. If I try to delete again, there is an error and it still doesn't disappear.

do you unzip the files first before the zip folder "disappear"?

or when you download the zip folders, you arent able to access them?
