lol at americans grouping europe into one thing all the time. Just to delve on that a bit, because it happens a lot Every country is almost completely different in europe. we didnt evolve together. each european country has been fierecly nationalistic and politically seperated from each other continuously for like 2000 years now. And, every country has its own specific language. 23 official languages are spoken in europe, with 230 dialects. Always makes me laugh when Americans assume everyone just speaks English. Germans are nothing like French French are nothing like Italians Swiss are nothing like Swedes Greeks are nothing like English Spanish are nothing like Portuguese Czechs are nothing like English Irish are nothing like Dutch etc etc Actually 'nothing like' is stretching the point a bit on some of those examples, but the point being, every country has its own culture, music, language, food, fashion, social attitudes etc Ok, lesson over.
