tonedeff is pretty fast, as is twisted insane, i duno krayzie and twista hav slowed down from when they originally came out,
rebel xd has the record i think but u cant even understand him, id go with twista in his early days, maybe twisted insane now, he was super fast on worldwide choppers

There's different ways of flowing fast, so it's pretty much impossible to say. And I honestly couldn't give two shits. But I never knew Tone was as fast as he really is: I know that at least yeller, n9ne & busta can't fuck with it. Maybe Rebel XD, Twista at his fastest and a couple of others. And doing it live at a concert makes it even more impressive. But once slowing it down a bit so you can actually follow it (both lyrics and the actual flow), it sounds a lot nicer. edit- I wanna throw Myka 9's name in here as well, for being an originator of the style BTNH popularized..
