Lol at all at the request 4 no swizz beatz...anyways I got afeelin that cilva really wanted this to be his version of a wu_tang clan album similar to the swarms and legendary weapons etc. But with lineups this ppowerful I can see someone tryna deebo a few of these cuts or maybe even trying to take all these songs and market it completely different than the way cilva planned. I mean at this point in time the wu 20th anniversary is right around the corner and I could def. See them wanting all this material back if it turns out as good as we think it is. I just hope we get to hear this project the way cilva wanted. It seems like in todays market an indie e1 release may b the best option if u want to release music with complete creative control.

since september is the mixing sessions, then technically speaking, this entire album should be completed by the end of september, right? or early october. you're going to have the entire month of august to edit it, and I can't imagine there's any more shit to do but mix it

Mixing is great but it's not the most important thing, mixing isn't the main focus here so I'm glad. I still prefer raw shit

There's a few more things to add to the album such as a few instruments and vocals here and there which I'm leaving till all editing is done so I know what to add where.
Equipment is still the Korg Triton, but much better use.

Ringz, if the investor doesnt think u will get your money back does that mean project gets scrapped? Wouldnt make sense since u already paid for guests. At this point any cash back works, right? Basically my only fear is that this project is never released. And that post seemed like it was leaning towards that. Peace

no hate. just a reality check. he's not american so doesn't have the slightest appreciation for the weight that word carries, and how it cannot simply be thrown around because you're a fan of rap music (sorry 3,000+ post internet forum fans).
being from new york, the accent thing pisses me off. I've heard him in interviews where he uses his real voice. like I said, privileged, european. nothing wrong with those two things, but that combination makes you the LAST person that should be talking like that. he has no idea how badly he would get stomped the fuck out trying to talk like that in - I don't know - name ANY place in america. it wouldnt even have to be in the projects! it could be in some suburb where there's a 4% black population. that shit is not cool and he sounds retarded saying that shit. that's real fuckin talk. and if you get mad about me saying that, OH WELL! that just speaks volumes about you people. despite your being fans of the music of black artists, you have some deep, weird form of racism you yourself are unable to recognize.
