Katana, Wakizashi, and Tanto 3 Sword sets
It seems that a lot of people have that Samurai sword set on display in their house with that stand.
Ya'll wu-tang-kung-fu martial arts fans probably all have these sets....dont you? Whered you get it? But yeah, besides the art of the actual blades, the display does look cool.  But I have seen some displayed differently.....some I have seen like above, sometimes the edges and handles face down instead of up, and sometimes the Tanto (small) sword is on the top instead of the Katana. Is there a "correct" way to display them?

well its not kung fu really its samiri witch japanese.....cool set but fake dull blades...with a 100 to 350$ value...kung fu...chines would be a broad sword...only one in a set i could say...ok piece but like most peeps the japs have better matieral in their weapons.....its cool for looks i might get it...but not shure couse i might just get one sword thier best sword witch is a katana..sharpest blade ever.....but u will need around 2k for it..so i might just go and sharpen them up in a set...i just cant staind going in to a friends room and picking up thier blade on its dull pretty much a practise sword....i would try and fin a real set or just get them sharpen ....
i also woulnd mind haveing a broad sword set up over my kung fu films....look the weapons up.. peace |

a buddy of mine has a set of those and he got really loaded one night and snapped the blade on the wakizashi because he was hacking at the wall and went to hard with the blunt side. Not that they were cheap or nothin he just swung a very ancient sword very hard....what a dickhead to ruin such a beautiful sword....
anyway yeah the sets look really nice, and it helps when they're manufactured somewhere worthwhile (not India or China), in fact if you see anything that says "Made in: x"...run away...look for the authentic shit and pay the extra amount for it, it just matters to much to have a rip off. peace and honour

I know the origins of both kung fu and the samurai....I just liked the way it sounded after "wu tang"

yea lol...but hey if u have money u could get a real sword... custome made u pick every part on the sword ur colors ur case the metal parts around the blade at the hadle witch that is for is protection from some one els cutting ur fangers off in sword fight ...its aroun maby 400 cheapest...but real ..sharp and u pick the size of the shit too.....i will look up the site for u.....u could also cusomize a katana but thats money
this would be a better show weapon...... ill look for the site 2morro if u want |

True, lots of people have those sets, but I bet not many have original sets. It's very hard to buy an actual real japanese sword set in a regular store.
I got some katana's,but I know not many are authentique, only one katana is an original straight outa Japan one,hand-made no industrial stuff.Cost a hell of alot money. Other sets are about 300 $ or sumthin', yeah,it's alot of money

i found a sword i want its only one its sharp and looks nice its called sleeping tiger katana
