i dont think this is the place to ask. not even in the GFX section. most people in there don't even understand that logo's should be in vector format and stuff intended for print needs to be CMYK -in the event of taking something to a press

Unless you plan on selling a few hundred t-shirts a week it's economically better to pay someone to print the t-shirts for you cos the machine costs are high specially if you want blinged out pink ponies on em.

Just pay a company like this to do them -

Then once you start to build your own local market then that's when you'd cop a machine and cut out the middle man.
