I think biggie was always in his prime--ILL all the way through. MEF on the other hand has had a bit of a slip, he went from knowledge god to how high all the time. He ripped B.I.G. though. i would have liked to hear INS wit PAC, but i hate PAC so it would have been a one sided decision.
I think Pac with the Wu would have been some Ill shit, in spite.
