Dont mean the book, Im answering about the samurai fantasy shite. Not what u lookin for in terms of replies, but some people think samurai in terms of that fantasy shite n therefore its a must it be known. So it kinda links to ur point I hink.

Naw LSB, it sounds like a ninja porno though lol. No read it. Only read a few ninja books about the lifestyle under the mask back in the days, the weapons n all that shite.

Which edition of the Hagakure do you recommend? I've read that the Wilson Scott Wilson translation does not include the majority of writings by Tsunetomo.

I like Musashi by Eiji Yoshikawa. I once gave it to someone I cared about alot. Its weird how some things feel like a different life.

The way people percieve samurai is so different from the actuality of it all. The beauty of a sword fight to the death is rediculous. My cousin wrote a track about 2 samurai meeting on top of a snow peaked mountain to have a battle to the death, the song is fuckin amazing, the imagery and the description. He's been training in shaolin for 7 years so he is very enlightened spiritually and mentally.

When 2 people meet to engage in a fight to the death, it's beautiful.

Read Secret Tactics, good ass book.
