Ow come on....really, why is there a flood control all of the sudden, 60 seconds??? shit, make it atleast 10 seconds or something.....please

ive encountered this myself too.. its kind of annoying but we have some real characters around here that would take advantage of no flood filter.

I cant see the major problem with it. 60 seconds is fine, people shouldn't be posting twice in 60 seconds anyway. We trying to cut that down a bit... maybe this way the posts will be more meaningfull.
