I think it would be better with some blood sliding down the wall in the backgorund...
Or maybe dripping off the text ? Which is a great choice.
Found really compliment the Cannibal vibe.
You could maybe put a little "Fredy" on his sword sheath.
Just a few ideas...great sig none the less.

It's unique...but I think you could have filled the area on the top right a touch more.
Combined with the dancing...it works really well.
I especially like the pic in the center, the expresion just kills it.
