Damn, I was hoping vets like you wouldn't come in here...

Fresh reccomendations:
Menace II Society
Boyz N Da Hood
Blue Hill Avenue

Mean Streets & Taxi Driver Reccomendations: I'm assuming you've seen all of Scorcese (sp?), so let's go with Robby:
A Bronx Tale
Once Upon A Time In America

White Heat:
hmm...haven't seen that one, but why don't you try The Public Enemy

Twilight Zone: kinda sci fi show taking place in different societies...
A Clockwork Orange
Bladerunner
Brazil

Naked Gun: Parodies...let's see
Airplane
CB4
umm...cop out, all the other Naked Gun movies

For A Few Dollars More: Sergio...I'm sure you've seen most of these
The Good, The Bad, & The Ugly
Once Upon A Time in The West
Once Upon A Time in America (mentioned above)
Yojimbo

by the way, I really didn't like Bad Lieutenant.

4 real u didnt like bad lieutenant......i thought it was a good study of an ashamed and guilty crooked cop..........it was a depressing but very good end....becuz throughout the whole movie he was feeling more guilty as he got worse and at the end he would seek redemption and he got that by giving the two rapists (that the nun forgived) the money that could save his life........which he probly felt gave him redemption something that he definetly needed

it truley is a good movie even tho you might not like what you see and you might be disgusted (I was) by what he does.......but the movie is about a sinners ultimate redemption

i think you should try watchin it with this mentality.........cuz i'm not saying you do but alot of people misunderstand this movie and choose to dislike it becuz of the horrible things they see in it.....when the movie itself is a work of art

but thanx 4 that man ive seen all those except for clockwork orange i'll check that out on imdb thanx yo

Yea, sometimes I just get so turned off by the character that I can't even watch the movie. Maybe I will rent it again with that mindstate.

I knew it was gonna be hard to suggest a movie you haven't seen, this thread is more for those who aren't movie buffs like you. I think you'll like A Clockwork Orange though.

hmm..tough one, I'll see what I can do.

Braveheart: Joan of Arc maybe? I didn't like it, but it's kinda like Braveheart in a way...that's a shitty suggestion, but Braveheart is really in a genre of it's own.

Goodfellas: The Godfather, A Bronx Tale, Once Upon A Time In America, Casino.

Mallrats: Jay & Silent Bob Strike Back, Clerks

Friday: Half Baked

American History X (great movie by the way): Fight Club (another great performance by Ed Norton), Black & White, Do The Right Thing

The Program: Friday Night Lights, Brian's Song, Hoosiers

Tommy Boy: Billy Madison, Coneheads, Black Sheep
