Yankees didn't even try today it seemed... that Thames dude won't have a game like that again. Johnson will shut down Detroit in Game 3 and 4/5 will be there for the Yanks to take. This was just a little scare.

The people who were saying that the Yankees were going to win the World Series, haven't responded since they got their asses kicked. lol It happens year after year lately. The Yankees are heavy favorites, but they can't keep the job done. It's pretty pathetic when they have millions and millions of more dollars in their payroll than other teams, yet they can't do anything anymore. A-Rod sucks in the playoffs. He's never good under pressure, they should trade him.
