If you've never heard of him this video is a great introduction to one of the illest lyricist on the planet. He's got two full length records out but aren't hip-hop at the same time that they are. Just one of many dope songs from him. I don't have an account to upload it but look for "Coded Language" if you get a chance. Cat's lyrics is mad fuckin deep. You could check out volumes in your library from the reference points in that one. peep it if you get the chance.

clever lad, is saul. i've seen him live when he supported NIN, and i think he's fucking excellent. he kept going on after his beats had stopped and ad libbing his lyrics and they were still shit hot. he kept having to stop himself from getting too involved in what he was saying to us so he wouldn't run over schedule. he's like me in so many ways it's weird, but also very cool. if i had money, i'd buy his records. he's written some books too, if you all didn't know already. you cannot actually overrate saul williams, he just happens to be amazing at everything.

yea man the dude is nice he's a spoken word artis I fucks with alot of open mics @ poetry jump offs & I have had the privllage of seeing him sevral times they have him as a feature poet, Black Stacey is dope & slinging Amethyst Rock is my shit too, lot of nice poets out there getting paid too, but saul williams definately brung this shit too another level
