Hi. Can you tell me which Content management system you use?
I've been through a few but they're all a bit long winded, i need something similar to this that's to the point.

The site's CMS is custom-made for the needs of this platform. Try JOOMLA or TYPO3. Once you have mastered the backend you could realise almost any web application you want.
