Am I the only that thinks both these guys were at their peak on this album? Method Man, at the top of his game like on this album, is simply one of the best. Streetlife at his best is probably one of the best wu fam members. Streetlife was really a big part in this album, and it's why I like it a lot. Great MC'ing from these 2, no?

i think meth outdid himself on 421 but streetlife most definately had his best outing here.

Judgement Day is Method Mans best solo album.
Many bangers! But if we have to talk about lyrics and flow, 421 is the shit! Method Man ripped it!

Meth and Street together on this album is an irreplaceable duo. Knocked me off my feet. Have waited for a Streetlife album ever since but it ended up like most Wu-curses where it sounded too commercial when it came out. But Meth and Street over those GRIMEY AS FUCK beats together for T2 is one of my favorite hip hop moments EVER.
![]() A duo album of the two, if it kept that feel, would rival as one of my favorite hip hop CDs. I can only dream of something like that someday.

He and Meth were insane on Grid Iron Rap, I never understand why people think T2000 was such disappointment and then say it's because it had 'too many skits'.
We need a Meth+Street Blackout! type album or somethin' |
