Yo! I have this. It's a lot of indie beats with ghost over them. Not essential, nothing new but if you are a wu-aholic you'll get it.

One for Ghost should be Strap off Fishscale, figuring that the Strap beat was called one For Ghost on j.Dillas Donuts album.

I personally love this cd! It's very well mixed and just is a solid hour plus listen all the way through.
Chances are you can find a copy for $5 in an independent music store around town depending on your locale.
