When 36 Chambers came out I was about 5-6 years old and I was at my best friends house and his brother had the cd cover but as a big poster up on his door, plus a bunch of wu tang posters in his room, I never really listened to them then, but about 2 years ago i heard the song Triumph for the first time and I absolutely fell in love with the Wu-Tang Clan

I liked the Wu after hearing two tracks, Cream and Clan in Da Front, but became a faithful diehard a couple days later after hearing Triumph for the first time. Im a different person now then I was that day.

I was/still am grown on west coast hip-hop. u know how it is when ur young, u get caught up in all the media hype so there were very, very few east coast artists that i was interested in...apart from wu-tang. i always liked their shit regardless where they from. then at one point the music scene on the westside died down a little, plus here in tha UK we got bias DJs like Tim Westwood who only ever play 'new york, new york, new york' or 'down south' hip hop. never show west coast rap no love. thats when i really got deeper into wu-tang music even more cuz like west coast music, it was that raw shit u never heard play on radio! plus wu-tang have literally got they own 'sound', which goes widely unappreciated.
