Whats is everybody's take on the current events of our rap society today? I can not belive people actually listen to this shit about gats and bitches and stuff that has no meaning and has no deeper meaning to the lyrics at all. Just the name wu-tang has more meaning and depth then any of that bull shit 50 and the game and all those fags have put out. I am sick of turning every corner and hearing kids yelling oh man you heard the new cd by g unit and 50. Y have all these kids grown acustom to this shit. How can they forget the roots The Wu-tang is where it's at and always will be no matter how odl or no matter if they come out with another cd or not. The amount of talent in that group surpasses anything i have ever heard. These kids need to be taught what is really true rap and should be praised.

Well said. I don't support commercialism. Commercialism has always been around. It's like a balance i suppose. Some people are just not intelligent to understand real music and to lazy to think about the lyrics and whats behind the song. Just fuck it, don't care about the commercialism. Just as long as we can convert people from the hip-pop, to the Hip-Hop, we will be fine. One a time, that's why Create and I started an Anti-Commercialism Movement. And since everyone here is a Wu fan, you're all pretty much helping the cause. But try not to let this commercialism stress you too much. If you do it will consume you and that won't help the cause at all. Keep your mind free and stay knowledged.

Thanks man. Wu-Tang opens your mind to a lot of things, especially if you read The Manual. RZA is not ok as pablo says. RZA is awesome. And you have to really open yourself and observe things around you. That's what the Wu did for me.

Commercial rap is wack true, but too many wack rappers are taking over now days like g-unot n shit. Commercial listeners, just go all for the hooks/choruses and the beat. If a track has that, people love it. Hip-Hop has everything but people are to ignorant to check it out.

But rappers that rap about killing etc, I like shit like that.
