Does this really happen in America? It sounds aweful. Deck mentions it in "The City".

the only time I could ever remember anything near that was the Watts Riot back in the late 60's. It wasent a chopper tho, it was tanks

Maybe the military chopper just sprays tear gas to help the Police and Deck thought it was killing ppl.

Well I live in the NY metro area and sometimes to reduce the crime in the ghetto the NYPD police, backed by military choppers(usually Black Hawks) raid the slums after midnight to make sure nobody is on the corners...and if they are they get sprayed the fuck up!!!!
It happens more in the summer tho, when its like 90 degreez out and the block is hot!!!!
