Personally I'm not from NY, so I dont know if my vote counts. But it seems that every great Nation has a King that hold the title in thier city or state. Like for the Chi-Town, I can easily say it's Twista, although there are many close like Kanye or Common!!!!!!! Now I'm not speaking as of in groups like Do-Or-Die from Chi-Town or The Wu from NY. If the Wu was included, I would draw another conclusion.

IMO, Nas holds the Crown. Speculations say that it's Jay-Z, but I cant understand how a man that has been brutally defeated and conquered in a battle can still reign supreme. So give me your opinions on the matter!!!!!

Nas owns hip hop in any city or state.... Jay Z is the popular choice, however Nas won that battle and Nas is the best lyrically.
