Just wondering what programs people are using and what do people recommend?

i use alot but the best one in my opinion is Spy Sweeper

Spybot I found to be the best. It hogs the resources while it scans mind you.
Unfortunately for me, I can't run it without my computer rebooting for some odd reason, I get the same shit with most games too sigh

AVG!!
I also use eWido and a few other programs but i think they do other things...
But Avg is the shit, plus its free.

is Webroot Spy Sweeper any good? I put the download on raplevel. I think I'll give it a go soon. At the moment I got AOL spyware thing and NOD32.
