how much time do you guys put into a verse before you post it?
Just wondering, cause I take like under 30 minutes a rhyme. Like, how much time should I put in a rhyme/verse for me to get better?

i dont really take that much time in the day i make the verse..like i'll write down a verse one day, then bout couple hours later i'll look at it again and usually work on it again the next day..

thats what I'm doing, writing verse's, saving it on my computer, then when I have the time, look at it again.

I'll right alot of plus 20 line verses in class during one bell that i'm not doin much in. Alot of time i just start typing in the quick response box, and end up with a 16 line to 20 line verse in under 25 minutes. But i've never really write sumthin then come back to it to add to it. I just drop whole verses at a time.

Ok, I just thought putting more time into writing can help you get better, but I guess alot of it depends on natural talent.

natural talent does got alot to do with it but work does make u better...look at the nigga masta killa had no rap reputation came in under gza's wing became better, now he can flat out spit, the nigga improved as do most rappers but alot lays on wut u can start ur shit wit

anywhere between 2 minutes and XX minutes
i usually dont write shit unless the inspiration hits me so it usually dont take too long sometimes i just copy and paste other peoples stuff and claim it as my own faster that way

I just ge the urge and write. When I type it, it usually take likes 5-10 minutes. 15 tops. But when I sit and write something, I usually take my time more. I don't know why.
